Adam MacIsaac
Biography
Adam is interested in learning how to play blues music, which is kind of unusual for the average teenager who comes through my studios. Usually they're more interested in playing rock or pop, or whatever the latest genre is. Blues has some history, and I'm impressed when a teen wants to learn it. We're starting off with the blues scale, 12 bar blues, ad libbing melodies, and playing in time. Adam is an absolute beginner, so it's a challenge, but the potential is there. I look forward to working with him over the next year.
Adam is no longer with me, but took 18 lessons since beginning in 2013 and learned guitar.
